Bishop's must authorize individuals to be enrolled in the DCS program. Bishops can access the leader and clerk resource (LCR) website to submit a referral for DCS. You do not have to be a member of the Church to participate in the program, but you do need a bishop’s authorization. Once your Bishop submits a referral, please contact Brother Eric Tanner.
